Discover → Grow → Integrate Workshops™
Support designed to help insight turn into meaningful change.
Maybe the problem isn’t that you need more insight, but that you’ve never had consistent support applying it to your real life…
The Discover → Grow → Integrate Workshop (The DGI Tuesday Series) was created for people who are tired of consuming more content but still feeling stuck in the same cycles, overthinking everything, abandoning their own needs, running on empty, and wondering why insight alone never seems to create lasting change. Many high-achieving, busy-brained women already know what they “should” do but struggle to consistently apply those insights amid real life, stress, relationships, work demands, and emotional overwhelm. The DGI Tuesday Series offers a different approach, one rooted not in perfection or information overload, but in consistency, connection, reflection, and small, meaningful steps practiced over time in community.
What if the pop psychology topics flooding your feed could become more than inspiration and actually help you create meaningful change in real life?
Each Discover → Grow → Integrate Workshop (The DGI Tuesday Series) follows a structured 4-week rotational learning cycle designed to help participants move beyond insight alone and begin creating meaningful, sustainable change in real life. Each cycle explores trending “pop psychology” topics like burnout, perfectionism, boundaries, overthinking, nervous system regulation, people pleasing, ADHD struggles, and more through the lens of ACT, values-based living, and real-life application while supporting the stewardship of five precious resources: Self, Time, Relationships, Health, and Money.
The cycle begins on the first Tuesday with the release of a free Discover Guide, which participants can explore independently alongside the featured book, or on its own. The guide is designed to help participants reflect on how the topic is showing up in their own lives, relationships, stress patterns, values, and daily functioning. On the second Tuesday at 3:30 PM MST / 5:30 PM EST, participants gather virtually for a live 90-minute Grow Workshop, a flipped-classroom experience focused on guided reflection, experiential exercises, psychological flexibility, and making meaning together in community. Participants then spend the following week independently practicing and applying what they explored during the workshop before returning for a 60-minute Integration Circle focused on discussing what’s working, what feels difficult, and how to continue refining sustainable patterns of care and change. After another week of independent reflection and practice, participants return for a final 60-minute Integration Circle centered on continued accountability, support, and real-life application.
Rather than offering quick fixes, surface-level motivation, or endless content consumption, the DGI Tuesday Series is designed around consistency, connection, community, and small intentional shifts practiced over time. All workshops and Integration Circles are offered virtually and can be participated in from anywhere, making them an accessible support alongside individual therapy, group therapy, Lunch Break Reset Walk & Talks™, courses, or other wellness offerings through The Red Door Therapy & Wellness Solutions. CEU credit for Colorado educators is available for the full workshop cycle.
Some workshops and groups may include optional book or resource recommendations. Occasionally, links shared may be affiliate links, meaning The Red Door may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend resources that genuinely align with the work and may support your continued growth and integration.Ready to move beyond insight alone and start practicing meaningful change in real life?
