OneLunch Break Reset Walk & Talk™ meets virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the lunch hour (MST), offering flexible 30-minute sessions intentionally designed to fit into the middle of real life, not compete with it.

Choose a single-session drop-in or build consistency through a monthly membership that allows you to attend as often as you would like throughout the month.

    Each session follows a clear, intentional structure rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Discover → Grow → Integrate™ framework. While themes build over time, the experience remains responsive, experiential, and grounded in real-life application rather than information overload.

  • Before your first session, you’ll complete a brief set of forms that takes about three minutes. Then simply choose your time, lace up your shoes, and join us from wherever you are.

  • Each session follows a clear, intentional structure rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Discover → Grow → Integrate™ framework. While themes build over time, the experience remains responsive, experiential, and grounded in real-life application rather than information overload.
