The Red Door Collective
A trusted network of independent professionals supporting the five resources burnout impacts most.
The Red Door was built around the belief that sustainable wellbeing is rarely supported through one area of care alone.
The Red Door Collective was created to connect busy, overwhelmed, high-achieving individuals with aligned professionals who support the five core resources that burnout often depletes most: time, money, relationships, health, and self.
The Red Door Collective extends the broader ecosystem of support offered through The Red Door by connecting individuals with trusted independent professionals whose work aligns with a whole-person, sustainable approach to wellbeing.
This is not a directory of random providers or an extension of our therapy practice itself. It is a curated network of professionals whose services may complement the work clients are already doing within their personal growth, wellness, or therapy journey within The Red Door.
Supporting the Five Resources That Sustain Wellbeing

A More Connected Approach to Wellbeing
Finding support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already exhausted.
The Red Door Collective was created to make finding aligned support feel more intentional, connected, and human. Rather than sending individuals into large directories or disconnected systems, the collective offers a growing network of trusted professionals whose work supports the broader resources that influence long-term wellbeing and sustainable functioning.
Some collective members may collaborate with The Red Door clients through referrals, workshops, consultations, or adjacent areas of support. Others may simply serve as trusted community resources within the larger ecosystem of care.
The goal is not to replace the work happening within The Red Door. The goal is to help people access specialized support in the specific areas of life that often shape burnout, stress, healing, and growth that extend beyond The Red Door’s services.
